•When can I expect to receive my order?

I try to pack and send any order within 2-3 days. If you do need something urgently, please do drop me a line, and I’ll see what I can do.

•Do you offer courses or workshops?

Not at the moment …sorry.

•Is all the work made by Jeremy James?

Yes. I make all my sculptures and prints by hand, here in my studio in Derbyshire in the UK.

•Is each sculpture unique?

Yes it is. Each sculpture is made by myself, and no two will be exactly the same. I often make more than one of certain ideas, but as each is hand modelled it is impossible to have two identical sculptures

•Do you make commissions?

I do! ….however, it does depend on what they are. So please do ask, I’m always open to ideas and the chance of making something new.

•When do you update the shop?

There is no set dates for this. New work is added to the shop as it is made. If there is a large amount being added, for example at Christmas, I make announcements on social media and via emails. Subscribe to my newsletter, then you can be certain of getting advance notice.

•How will I know in advance about exhibitions or sales on the website?

Subscribe to my newsletter, then you can be certain of getting lots of notice.

•Do you send orders out of the UK?

Yes. I regularly send my work all over the world. There are just a very few pieces that are really impractical to send abroad however. So if you are after something to be delivered out of the United Kingdom, it is best to email me before you order it.
